Scope, delivery, and changes
Work begins only after the parties agree to the project scope, price, payment schedule, delivery plan, and applicable terms in writing. An inquiry or preliminary discussion is not an order. A larger project may begin with a separately agreed discovery phase.
Services and deliverables are provided digitally. Delivery dates, review milestones, acceptance criteria, and any included correction or support period are defined in the project agreement. Timelines depend on timely access, content, approvals, and feedback from the customer.
Additional features and scope changes require written agreement on any change in price or schedule before the extra work begins.
Payments and taxes
Project invoices follow the payment schedule in the written agreement. Any deposit, milestone amount, due date, and recurring fee are disclosed before the customer commits. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless expressly agreed otherwise. Quotes and invoices identify applicable taxes and any separately agreed third-party costs.
If a Stripe-hosted payment link is provided, Stripe processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. HensTek does not ask customers to send card details or bank credentials by email. A successful payment is documented by the applicable invoice or receipt.
Optional recurring care is provided only under a separate agreement describing the service, renewal interval, price, authorization, and cancellation process. This website does not automatically enroll visitors in a subscription.
Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
To request cancellation or discuss a refund, email support@henstek.dev with the project or invoice reference and the issue. Do not include full card or bank details. HensTek will review the request against the written agreement, work already performed, any committed third-party costs, and applicable law.
The project agreement specifies how deposits, completed milestones, unfinished work, and any remaining balance are treated on cancellation. There is no automatic refund or nonrefundable-deposit rule for every project. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
For recurring care, the agreement sets the notice period, effective cancellation date, treatment of prepaid amounts, and what support or access ends. Contact support to arrange cancellation under those terms. If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, contact billing@henstek.dev so it can be investigated. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Ownership and handoff
For commissioned work, the customer normally owns the domain and production service accounts and pays vendors directly. HensTek works through delegated access where available. The written agreement identifies ownership and transfer conditions for custom deliverables, reusable components, third-party materials, open-source licenses, and any work retained by HensTek.
Documentation, administrative access, training, ongoing hosting responsibilities, and exit or migration support are scoped with the project. Third-party subscriptions, service limits, and vendor policy changes are governed by the relevant provider’s terms.
Support and HensTek apps
Project support is available at support@henstek.dev. Support coverage, response commitments, maintenance, and new feature work are defined in the applicable agreement; round-the-clock or emergency coverage is not included unless expressly agreed.
HensTek’s own apps are currently in development and are not sold through this website. Each app will have its own product information, price, privacy notice, support route, and any applicable store or subscription terms before being offered for purchase.
